UK Subsidiaries of International Groups

Are you looking to expand overseas, or looking to set up a UK-based subsidiary? We act for international UK business owners, and we can help you, too.

About us

Welcome to Corrigan.

When we started out in 2009, we wanted to be different. And we wanted to work with clients who thought differently, too.

Founder Edward Corrigan and the senior team all worked for an international practice and knew the industry inside out – but we also shared a passion for change. Our new idea? To provide a high-quality service geared towards the needs of growing businesses and other ambitious organisations and individuals.

Over the years, our work has evolved and our expertise has increased. We now provide outsourced accounting and virtual FD services, as well as strategic corporate planning.

We’ve become experts in exits and restructuring, and we act for a number of not-for-profit organisations. And, through our experience and smarter thinking, we find solutions to most financial and tax challenges.

Our client base has expanded, too – it ranges from some of the fastest growing businesses and most exciting technology start-ups in Bristol and the South West, to business owners in London, North America, India and all over the world.

We may have grown, but these three core values are still fundamental to our practice:

Transparency

We value our relationships with clients and see them as long-term partnerships. As with all good relationships, it always pays to be clear and honest.

Integrity

People do business with us because they trust us. We’re straightforward, approachable and on your side, and we won’t shirk from telling you the truth.

Enterprise

We know that success only comes from being driven, going the extra mile and being the best at what you do.
Our clients apply that principle, and so do we.
