Corporate Finance 

We regularly help clients to raise bank lending. We assist with the preparation of business plans as well as introductions and negotiations with lenders. We will project manage a transaction and work with other specialists such as business transfer agents and solicitors to provide an integrated approach.

Bookkeeping and Payroll 

We will help set up run accounting systems for clients and can recommend a bookkeeping service once the process is well established. We utilise the services of a well established payroll provider to manage our client payroll requirements.
